Lash princess in green or blue tube are best ever! The Extreme in pink tube is pretty good also.

It’s black mascara. The outside colors are green or blue, and maybe pink. I have the green. It’s great.
If I want to apply a $3 extra bucks reward, does it reduce the total cost of $9.98 to $6.98 so I don’t receive the $7.00 extra bucks? Will manufacturer coupons also reduce the total below the dollar threshold or is the rewards calculated before extra bucks and Mfr coupons?
