I have a large house with all hardware floors and only carpet on the stairs. I also have three cats and two dogs, so there is a constant need to sweep and mop. Mopping has always been a pain for many reasons, but mostly because it seemed impossible to get all the hair up before mopping, so you always end up finding some and pushing it around with your mop. This mop solves that and makes it worth the price to me alone based on that capability. The fact it does an amazing job mopping is a bonus.
It is light and super easy to use, with two heat settings. I’m not sure how good of a vacuum it is, but I use it when I run across some stray pet hair when mopping. With a push of the button it picks it up and I can go back to the primary job. It is very easy to fill the water reservoir and to empty the dust bin. After a few weeks of use my only complaint is the way the cord wraps, the cord is thick and goes directly up to the spool. It is a very small nitpick and only a small matter of convenience. Overall it’s a great way to mop.
