Hi, Brenda! Make sure you don’t have any old codes still on your account. If you go to checkout and look for codes (near the bottom) you can remove old ones. That’s usually why a code won’t apply.

It will vary by account. Some people will have $5/$20 or $6/$20 or $10/$50. Most people will have something. Usually in the app when you open the coupons it will be the first one you see. For me sometimes they hide in the category “household”. The easiest way to check for them is in your Walgreens emails if you have them enabled in your account. Try going through your recent emails than you just click on the link.
