    just check the kelloggs products you are buying are for the current offer; some stores have products on the shelves that are for offers that have expired on the Kelloggs rewards page

      It won’t matter what offer is on your specific Kellogg’s box. As long as the box qualifies for size and specifics, your receipt will trigger the free book. We were able to find some older boxes last year that had things like Spongebob spoons inside and we also got the free book offer.

    Does anyone else have trouble printing coupons from their site. I have not been able to print for months. It just says page not working. I have tried in Chrome, Edgel, and Firefox. They all say Bad Gateway or Bad Request etc. I have contacted them. They say there is no reason the page should not work.

      Hmm, I wonder if clearing your browser history would help. Hoping you can print them again soon!

      It is a known issue on their side – I have been complaining to them giving them examples having chat sessions since June 2020. Yes June 2020. If you go to their FB you are not alone but they act like you are the only one. They sent me on a wild goose chase to to see if the problem was on their site which of course it was not. Keep complaining to them. Their website has constant issues and not just with coupons. The points you receive for products are not correct either. I have had to go back and audit my rewards account for the past 4 months and found errors with every receipt that was uploaded. None of the items that should have been double points were credited as double points. My special offers that should have been automatic (some you have to sign up separately for) did not apply; the last 3 special offers that I signed up separately for I had to then go and contact chat for they did not work either. And you have to do your homework as to what points the items should be credited for. I had to let the rep know on chat what they were worth. I was missing over 10,000 points after I finished my audit.

        Wow, I do see that many times the points are not correct. I just have not kept track. I used to keep the pictures of the receipts, but have cleaned out and deleted them all over the past several months. I will see how many I can retrieve.

          so some of your receipts should be in the history of your kelloggs account – so check there. I have also found that if I contact Kelloggs via FB messenger they are more receptive to updating missing points than chat ; their page is not consistent; there will be multiple lists as to what is double points so I keep a copy; you have to really look thru the whole page – hope this helps

            Thank you for all the information. It is very helpful.
            I have one more question for you. I see sometimes I receive 250 bonus points for uploading receipt the same day of purchase. But there a quite a few times that I don’t receive those points even though I did upload same day. Is that bonus for specific stores, dates, days, etc. Or is it just another inaccuracy by them in crediting points?

              not based on store based on product and size; there are special offers based on store; if you buy a bigger size of a product you receive more points; if you go to the kelloggs page and go to brands you will see what products earn points click on the product and then it will list what points for what size; I have found it easier at times to work with FB messenger to have the missing points added than chat; the system automatically just rewards 100 pts per product regardless of the size I have found which is why I have had to go back and audit; I have had to walk the rep thru on chat on where to find points & they have at times denied me when the day before I rec’d an adjustment for the same product; so I go to FB msg and it is taken care of – hope this helps
