No don’t use Walgreens cash to pay. This is a “spend” deal so in Walgreens view using a reward from Walgreens to get another reward is not spending the full amount required. Only count your OOP costs plus manufacturer’s coupons (reimbursed to Walgreens by the manufacturer on your behalf) and that is it when meeting the dollar “spend” requirement.
