This is my 2nd Insignia 5qt air fryer. The first one was for me and was digital (got on a daily deal). Got this analog one for someone as a Christmas gift. Love that insignia fryers have a basket that just pops out with a sturdy handle holding all the contents. Didn’t realize that most other brand fryers have a little plate at the bottom so you’d have to use tongs or some other utensil to get your food out. Would highly recommend it. Oh and another thing I like is the flat top square shape vs the high rounded shape like most others.
A great machine! I bought two as gifts! The recipients love it! Their first-ever air fryers so they don’t need all the bells and whistles! Fried up chicken very well! I suggest if you want to preheat add a little extra time! The machine also has a blue light at the bottom that goes off when at the right temperature. All in all a great purchase and cleans up well!
Received mine as holiday gift. Absolutely love it. Use for food from scratch, frozen foods, to reheat – very versatile. And relatively small footprint on my counter.
Same review here except I suggest upgrading to the digital timer. I always have to set my phone timer, can’t trust the knob.
