Great tv for the price. I just needed a small tv for a bedroom and this one fit the bill. I love Roku and have been using one for 15 years so happy the tv has a built-in Roku. Very easy to set up. From the box to a working tv, the set-up time was around 15 minutes. I’m very satisfied.
Purchased one in 2014. Got my second in 2017 to replace a Sony that failed after 3 years and then another in 2020 to replace a 2-year-old failed Samsung. Two more in 2020 for relatives who were hesitant but I recommended the brand. I’m no longer going to spend 3 times the amount for “better brands” that last only 2-3 years when this, at a fraction of the cost, seem to be longer-lasting and decent quality. . Needless to say I have confidence in the brand as my first TCL Roku TV is going on 7 years old.
Bought this for my husband’s sister and she loves it. We bought our first TCL TV about 3 years ago and it is so easy to set up and use. Great picture quality and their customer service are outstanding. You can also download their app on your phone and it gives you an extra remote. By using the app you can make the sound come through the phone and I love that feature as my husband can watch TV and hear the TV and I can sit near him and read!
