Did anyone get theirs yet? I got mines and noticed that the plastic outer seal does not close completely on the sides. It seems like it should seal flushed but air still gets in. I also tried the ice test and it all melted and did not stay cold. Does anyone know if I got a defective product? Like perhaps it’s supposed to seal completely when latched and that’s how the ice stays cold?
