I don’t see Charmin on the list of qualifying brands
I see it listed in the ad photo verbiage and shown in the photo as well. It is also listed here in their terms: https://apfco.com/secured/p192822w/Rules/Terms. I do see where it doesn’t have it listed in the middle section, but I do think it is part of the rebate since included in all of those other places.
Can you only claim the P&G offer once? I need to submit previous qualifying receipts, but I’d like to capitalize on it again if it’s possible.
It appears to have a limit of one. Here are the details I found listed – “Limit one refund per household.”

I keep getting an error as well. Just FYI
Make sure you log in. It will not show the rebate offer until you are logged into your P&G Everyday account. Once you log in, try coming back here then clicking on the rebate link.
