Chrissy Goff, I did get my Walgreens Cash Rewards. It showed the amount on my check out screen and they are in my account! It’s Register Rewards that you do not receive on online purchases.

This may or may not work. If you read the ad closely it reads something like $4 reward when you buy two “or more”. This is generally Walgreens lingo that the rewards stop at the purchase of two items. HOWEVER the last couple of weeks people have been getting the rewards on the toothpaste. As always with Walgreens if a deal doesn’t work out take it back and ask for the value of the coupon you lost back in WC at the time of return. Particularly with toothpaste/mouthwash deals make sure you get the right variety because not everything will work. If you need Oral-B toothbrush replacement heads you will never get them cheaper this week. Folks clip the booster coupon in your account or scan the ad. Don’t buy a single good deal at a time. Put them together so you get the double whammy of a good deal plus the booster extra rewards!!! Happy shopping and post how this toothpaste deal goes for you so we all know if you can. I had trouble finding any of the toothpastes that qualified so I got 4 mouthwash instead.
Has anyone done multiple large transactions last week and/or this week? I am curious if the $30 wys $100 booster coupon has worked more than once.
Also, I got a “sneak peak” coupon that starts tomorrow that is for “5X W Cash rewards Storewide Valid online or In store”. I am curious but also hesitant to clip to my account. I am afraid that it might override the Booster Coupon. Does anyone has details about this coupon?
Yes I have done 4 so far between last week and this week. They were all $40+ transactions and I have received the bonus/ booster coupon points every time.

If it doesn’t show up than don’t do it. I think though the Crest 3D White Arctic Fresh the $3 size only will show for you. Not every variety is going to work.
I know that we do not get wags cash for online orders for pick up. Only for instore purchases. It doesn’t show up for me either because of that.

Chrissy I know that some users have reported not receiving Register Rewards on pickup orders. Walgreens Cash is a completely different system and is completely digital; you will get Walgreens cash if it is earned whether it is store pickup, ship to store, instore, or ship to home. WC is from Walgreens. Register Rewards for the most part are from the manufacturer and not Walgreens. Those are small printed coupons and print at the register upon checkout. Most people do get those for store pickups. If you are not receiving them for store pickup go in the store, tell the clerk you want to be checked out on a cash register attached to a working printer, make sure they complete the last step of scanning the bar code in the bag and I think you will start getting your register rewards. No matter whether it is WC or RR you must buy the right items in the right quantity. Hip2Save has a great article on couponing at Walgreens

Walgreens & got 4 toothpastes, my digital coupon worked , but no sign of the $8 reward $$; where should that be? Thanx great deal if it pans out!!
What happens if they change the order ?
The reward $$ showed up at the bottom and the coupons were applied, but then I got an email from WG saying that they ran out of something and were going to change my order. I went to pick it up and I was missing 2 toothpastes; the rewards points are not showing up in my balance. Should I wait or call CS ?

You will not get the rewards. I suggest returning the items to the store and explain to the manager that this was a couponing deal that went wrong. Ask for the value of the coupons back in Walgreens cash. I have never had a manager fail to do this for me but you must ask-they don’t volunteer to do this. Because this is a “buy” deal just turn around and us the WC to do the deal agaIn. if you want to keep what you have than I would chat online with a rep to get the value of the coupons back in WC.

I have a ? that I hope you all can answer for me. I placed my online order—a few items are for pickup & a few for shipping. I read a couple comments that referred to a “booster“…is that re: the $5 Walgreens cash for $25+ purchase, etc? My order had a subtotal of $123.93 & total of $126.21. But my Walgreens cash is listed as pending…does my split order have to be picked up & shipped in order for me to receive $30 Walgreens cash? Tia!
Hey Patty! Yes, the booster coupon are those coupons that are $5 Walgreens cash for $25+ purchase or similar. Walgreens Cash is rewarded to your account when you pick-up your order or as soon as it ships. Since you had a split order, I suspect you’ll only get that $30 bonus when your entire order is processed.
wanted to update my previous comment/?…after picking up my bopis portion of my order, my receipt said i had $8.46 W cash. but after my delivery portion was shipped, my acct said that i now have $54.18 W cash based on the total amount of my order being >$125! 🙂

I was in the store last week. I had clipped a coupon to my account. When I purchased the item, the coupon didn’t apply. The clerk tried charging the item as a separate purchase, but the coupon wouldn’t work. She said sometimes it takes a while to show up. What?? If I clip it before I go to the store, why wouldn’t it be there? And….in this total tech world, not everyone has a smart phone or a computer. Walgreens has no physical ads and coupons are on the app – if they show up. Very frustrating and I don’t like shopping there. It takes so long to try to make purchases, then remove items that don’t work or do the purchase over and still it doesn’t work. Not worth it.
Try shopping online for store pickup. That way you will see all the coupons that apply and see the Walgreens Cash you will earn before you actually make your purchase. I started doing that when I saw the suggestion on Hip2Save and it works like a charm! No more haggling with cashiers and store managers and sometimes the prices are better online than in the store!

this same thing happens to me all the time. i clip the appropriate coupons and i get the same weird looks when i ask why my clipped digital coupon did not come off. makes me feel just like you do that its just not worth it to try, just glad to know it’s not just me that it happens to
