We LOVE this doll! We bought two of these as gifts for our daughter and niece. We love that they have created a doll to bring awareness to Autism. We have a nephew and a cousin who are both on the spectrum so we like seeing awareness brought to attention. This doll is posable and opens and closes her eyes. Her outfit can easily be changed to other My Life outfits and accessories. Our daughter has told us that she wants to collect all of the dolls since receiving this one.
We can help you save on more fun and unique gift ideas for kids!

This is great! Love it 💗 Thanks for sharing 🤗
Of all the 18” doll brands, My Life As is our favorite, speaking for me n my two girls. Decent quality, the cutest accessories n unbeatable prices compared to the other brands. We so far have 1 doll, 2 play sets, and almost 20 accessory sets. I am not surprised about this new doll, as I have been very impressed with this line and what this brand stands for.
Thank you for describing what you like about the 18″ dolls!
My son has ASD. I think it is great that they are trying to normalize differences. I do wish there was less stereotyping regarding people with ASD. Why does every representation seem to wear headphones for example? Yes, some people with the condition are sensitive to sounds and need them. Many do not though. My son would hate the silence because he needs strong sensory input to be comfortable. In fact, none of the kids that he gets therapies with wear headphones that I have seen. But many wear weighted clothing or compression clothing. It would be much more authentic to me to see a doll that hand flaps or another stim like humming. Just my thoughts.
Thanks, Chantel! I completely understand. My son has ASD and he does use headphones, but all kids have different challenges. I did notice this doll comes with a fidget toy, too. If this doll does well, they may create more ASD dolls with the features you mentioned. This is really cool that they are bringing more awareness to ASD. It would be cool if they came out with accessories packs that included weighted blankets and compression clothing. It may be good to contact Walmart and let them know your thoughts on future ASD dolls.
