Which ones would be best? The mystery flavor ones or the buttercream? Also if I get them now, when do they expire? Would it work as a teachers Xmas gift?
Hi Jackie! The buttercream does sound delicious! I did chat with a representative and they let me know that “All our baked goods are individually wrapped. They do not contain any preservatives. Our products are best enjoyed within 3-4 days or please freeze immediately. They freeze for up to 6 months.”

I have ordered the mystery box twice. The most recent one was really bad. Terrible flavors, broken 4th of July cookies…they are all the old ones they couldn’t sell. The best one in the last box was the back to school flavor of PB&J…that’s saying something if PB&J is the best cookie in the box!
The first box was ok, but again they are outdated. I got valentines cookies and it was June.

These cookies freeze really well! I have gotten them on a deal in the past and just frozen them and pulled them out and thawed them before eating when I wanted a sweet treat 🙂

I love sharing & gifting Cheryl’s cookies, but the mystery boxes I only order for at home because they contain some cookies that are obviously from past holidays. There are a lot that are great for gift baskets & teacher gifts; and we eat the “old holiday” ones ourselves—they are still delicious! If you search for “sampler” at Cheryls.com, there is often an inexpensive box of cookies perfect for gifting.

Crumbl cookies are amazing. We have a bakery close to where I work and we get them special occasions like celebrating birthdays. There really is no comparing a freshly baked Crumbl cookie to Chery’s.
