Heads up Target Shoppers! Letters to Santa Mailbox Recalled Due to Laceration Hazard
Recall alert for Target shoppers! 📣
If you purchased a Bullseye Playground Letters to Santa Mailbox from Target this year, the company is urging customers to stop using it immediately and return it to Target for a full refund.
While the product was pulled from shelves a little while ago, Target issued the official recall today, December 10th, due to a laceration hazard. The edges surrounding the opening of the mail slot were too sharp, unfortunately leading to some injury reports.
If you purchased a Bullseye Playground Letters to Santa Mailbox, you’re entitled to a full refund. If you bought the item in-store, head back to Target and return it for a Target gift card of the same amount. You can also contact Target to receive a prepaid return label to return the mailbox for a full refund–also in the form of a Target gift card.
If you have any questions about in-store purchases, you can call Target Guest Relations at 1-800-440-0680. Any questions about online purchases can be directed to Target.com Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869.
I just saw it at a Target today.
