Betty White Tribute Airing All Day on The Hallmark Channel
Today, January 17, would have been beloved actress Betty White’s 100th birthday.
Even though she passed away on December 31, 2021, Hallmark Channel is celebrating her birthday with a marathon of The Golden Girls, followed by a special presentation of The Lost Valentine at 8/7 Central.
In addition to bingeing some feel-good TV on Hallmark Channel today, you can share your favorite Betty White memories and moments on Hallmark Channel’s social media pages, and grab some custom Betty White stickers on the network’s Instagram page.
There’s even a bingo card you can use to check off iconic moments from The Golden Girls as you binge your way through the day!
Hallmark Channel has also joined the #BettyWhiteChallenge by donating to North Shore Animal League America. Betty White famously loved animals, and if you’d like to honor her memory in a way she would surely love, you can take this opportunity to make a donation to the animal rescue or shelter of your choice.
Happy Birthday, Betty White! 💖

I grew up watching the Golden Girls with my mom…. long before I understood most of the jokes. My mom has been gone for 5 years now but every time I watch the Golden Girls (and I do pretty regularly) it takes me back to being a kid and sitting on the floor in my parent’s bedroom just spending time with my mom. Betty White is a large part of those memories and I am so sad that she is no longer with us. She was bright light in an often dim world.
SO very sorry for your loss. Thanks a bunch for taking a moment to share that sweet memory with us! 💞
Same! Grew up on The Golden Girls. Reminds me of my grandma and I binge the entire series every year, always catching jokes and innuendos I never understood as a child lol. Now my girls watch it with me and you betcha I’ll be watching it with my grandchildren someday <3
I think it’s remarkable how a show about a group of women supporting each other through life’s ups and downs seems to have played a big part in the childhood of so many women who used that time to bond with the women in their life. I absolutely love hearing how much the Golden Girls meant to so many people.
Betty White was a National treasure; I hope to see her on a postage stamp soon. In the meantime, I read an article that the women on The Golden Girls are the same age as the women are now on the current cable show “And Just Like That” guess it goes to show you how our views of women have changed. You can decide for yourself if it’s better or worse😏
I can still see my grandmother sitting on her recliner cracking up, brings such a smile to my face. Now I watch with my daughter and love every second of it.
How sweet! 💞SO glad you can carry on that tradition with your daughter! 🥰 Thanks so much for commenting! 🤗
Loved Betty white she was a treasure
