Yep, I’m sold! I was sick of sitting all day and wanted something to keep me moving. I don’t think of this as a replacement for exercise but rather as something to add on and just keep my blood circulating a bit more; get away from the dangers of just sitting still for so many hours a day. My concerns were that maybe it would be inconvenient or I just wouldn’t use it, but neither is true. Sometimes when I’m really concentrating, I will stop pedaling but otherwise, this is easy to use throughout the day. I love it!
I wanted to wait until my home office was set up before I wrote this review. Today is the first day that I am using my Cubii and I have to say that my legs are already getting a workout. I have my Fitbit tracker shoved into my sock and since 8 AM, I have already peddled 5,785 steps. The machine is super quiet and I am alone in my office so I would hear the squeaking. My old machine was very noisy. If my legs ache at the lowest setting, I am kind of afraid to turn it up until I give my legs a few days to adjust. My goal is 10,000 steps a day. I really love this little machine!
