Just a heads-up – they are taking quite a long time with shipments – I ordered some items April 15, and today was notified that just two of them shipped. When I talked to customer service via chat, they said they could not give any estimate on shipping times as their stores are closed and staff is reduced. Manage your expectations 🙂 HTH!

I ordered the discount card about an hour and a half ago and received the confirmation email from gilt. I still haven’t received the code to use though. Is this going to be emailed to me or do I have to wait for an actual card to be shipped?
It will be emailed. It usually takes about 30 minutes so check your spam and junk mail, too.
I checked all my folders and nothing. 😞 It’s been 2 1/2 hours now. I don’t recommend anyone place an order if they are wanting to use it right away.

Same boat – It’s been six hours and not seeing an email anywhere with the code, but shipping status shows “shipped” on the order confirm. Not sure where/if they actually sent it, but hopefully there isn’t a physical card that was sent!
My order now says arriving May 6th. Not sure what others had said.

Hey Marcia! Have you checked your Spam folder? You can also log onto Gilt and check in your account if they have processed/shipped the order yet. Mine took about 30-45 minutes to arrive from the time I purchased it.

I just chatted with customer service, and they said my order from yesterday was still being processed and I could receive the email code within 24 hours.. make sure to check junk and spam folders also. I used PayPal if that makes any difference.
