Hi Misti! In the app, head to “Your orders”, then click on the order. Next, scroll down to order info and click on order details. There you should find the information you need. If on a desktop, click on “Your Orders” and then click on “invoice” linked at the top right of the item ordered. Hoping this is helpful!

I did the same and got rejected too =(
Contact them. Ask them to double check. I have done this twice with positive outcome. The first time they said receipt had already been submitted and second time they said did not purchase qualifying product.
