I upgraded my Sam’s Club membership to plus online which allows for free shipping always, early shopping at the club and other benefits. I was able to get the paper towels online. I check early in the morning each day.

You can do it in your settings in the app or website. You pay the prorated price when upgrading. I upgraded about 6 or so months in and paid $20 something.
I also upgraded for the free shipping back in March and it has been well worth it during these strange times.

Yesterday after more than 2 months I went inside Sam’s club and they had a lot of paper towels.
