Anyone happen to know if any of these apple tree varieties require a cross pollinator?
Every apple tree requires a cross pollinator from what I’ve been told. I’ve known someone with just 1 where it only bears fruit every 2-3 years because it may or may not catch another tree that must be in town.
You will need a cross pollinator, but you could use a flowering crab apple tree if you don’t want two fruit bearing apple trees.
Hi, from what I’ve learned all Apple trees require a cross pollinator. You would need to buy at least 2 trees, unless you have another tree nearby in a neighbors yard

Apple trees require a cross-pollinator that blooms in its same season. In other words, you should buy 2 different varieties both early, both mid or both late season. Google can tell you which trees will cross-pollinate with the variety you are trying to grow.
This is not a good time to plant trees or shrubs. They will need to be watered every day to bring my them through the summer heat.
Any feedback on ordering Rose’s throuh the mail? Do they arrive healthy?
I got a pink lady apple tree on clearance in Lowe’s yesterday for 9.98$ which says it does not require a pollination

Also look for trees resistant to cedar rust if you live in an area high with cedars or junipers, I did not know this when I planted mine, you can look for self pollinators so you only need one tree!!
