YES! We use ours as intercoms.
Can you share how exactly you use them as intercoms?
We do this too. Name your devices and then say “Alexa, drop in on Sophie”. I can also drop in on kids from my phone when I’m not home. It’s so convenient for me— I have two kids bedrooms in the basement and it’s easier to drop in than go get them.
We use the announcement function a lot as well. Just say Alexa make an announcement and say the announcement and it repeats on all connected devices in your own voice.

Did I do it right? I clicked through from your post, then clicked ‘try it now” which was the only link I saw. It started my trial but never said anything about the dot.
I’m in chat now and I guess I did it wrong. I clicked the link in the OP but there are so many I guess i clicked the wrong link. So I’m screwed and I can’t get this or any future promos for it.
Did you choose one of the echo dots on the page? There are four shown. You click on one and then the next page shows you the Echo and Music subscription together.
I clicked on one of the links above and no dot was on the page. It only had a button for amazon music. Anyway, they fixed it for me.

How do you cancel the Amazon Music Subscription?
Hi there! Here are the steps I found on that –
“Go to Your Amazon Music Settings.
Go to the Amazon Music Unlimited section.
Select the Cancel option in your Subscription Renewal details.
Confirm the cancellation.”
