So the first one definitely didn’t work. They sent another out yesterday. When I used it it said 0.00 like the previous poster said but when I went to checkout the $10 came off with no issue.
I’ve received both the $5 and $10 emails a few weeks ago with different subject lines.
I don’t get the emails but I have tried to use codes for a couple of purchases that promised a$10 credit that never showed up in my account. The deal on the reems of computer paper, for instance. Also, I used to drop off all of my printer cartridges there since they said they offer $$ on them…. Until one day I realized I hadn’t been credited for any of them. I’ve contacted customer service on a few occasions and they always have some sort of excuse of why they weren’t allowed to grant me the rewards. I’m not too happy with Staples Rewards at all
To get the ink cartridge recycling $ you have to have bought ink from Staples. If you (like me) always buy it much cheaper online, they will still take your empty cartridges, but they aren’t going to credit money back to you. It’s all in the fine print.

I got 4 $10.00 coupons and used all of them. If anyone has problems with it I noticed you need to spend just over $10.00 for the coupon to work and when you go to check out it will take off the coupon. I did the 4 separate transactions and each one was shipped to me for free too.
