Thank you for the reminder! Has anyone tried this before? I see there are different flavors, is there one anyone would recommend? 🙂
I personally love the kettle corn and simply salted. I am guilty of buying both and mixing them lol.
Wow that sounds so yummy lol thanks for sharing I might have to try that 🙂
My store just showed me a paper that only lists white cheddar and they were out of it. So make sure you check how it scans.
Thanks so much for the feedback, Jen! Good to know how it worked for you in your store!
They had several varieties at my store – looked like they were going fast but got my bag, thanks 🙂
Yay! You’re welcome, Gen!
Everyday I go to CVS. Everyday I am told that the particular free item of the day is out of stock. No substitutions / No Rainchecks. CVS SUCKS!!!!!!!
Don’t be so ungrateful. They don’t have to be giving free stuff at all, they are not obligated to be doing so and no other store is giving away 14 different free items. Be thankful they are giving it away at all and if you don’t get any, you are in no different place than if they didn’t have the promotion in the first place.
I would rather they not offer anything at all then to go to the store as soon as it opens and they are already out of stock. LOL It’s a loss of time, frustration, gasoline, etc. Is that ungrateful too? So be it.
Both of you are right. In my opinion, this giveaway isn’t really for customer benefit, but to get rid of products that may sit on the shelves for a while. I understand these things sell in some CVS locations, but for the ones in my area, I think these products don’t sell much unless they are deeply discounted.
You do know you can get the items online right??? There’s no waste of time or gas when it takes you 30 seconds to grab one on the website… And if you don’t want to grab one on the website and you insist on going in stores, the CVS website tells you if an item is in stock at which locations so there’s STILL no waste of gas or frustration when it takes you a minute to check every CVS stock availability in your vicinity. It depends on how many stores are in your city and how big your city is. My city has like 10+ locations and when I go in to get the next days items, there’s still stuff from the previous day’s freebie left. No one is forcing you to go in stores and wast your time if your stores are low on stock. If it’s not worth it, stop going, but don’t be mad at CVS for giving away stuff for free when many people are going and getting the free things.
Every CVS freebie that has been posted has not been in stock. It has been a huge waste of time. I am in Northern California and CVS couldn’t keep their shelves stocked before the pandemic so I am not surprised when the free stuff is gone immediately….Ugh.
My CVS only had a few of the white cheddar but was told it wasn’t part of the free deal so I walked out with nothing.
Ridiculous, because the online popcorn showed lite, cheddar and cracked pepper for the free ones and sold out of all 3. I hate when they don’t even try to scan them o be sure.
