Is anyone else having trouble getting quizzes to ever credit the 500 pts?I’ve done 2 quizzes for KFR in the last month and no pts. I’ve contacted customer service and sent screenshots, but no pts. They just tell me to retake them. I’ve taken them a half dozen times and wait the 72 hours… Nothing! It’s so frustrating! And they recently deleted my old account with no explanation so I had to make a new one and build pts back.
I have also not gotten any points for this. I hope they fix it. Doing them without points promised really is a waste of my time.

Use their online chat to make contact with them. I have always had a good experience with their customer service. It’s a quick way of getting points you haven’t received. Don’t wait too long to get your points back.
This time I took a screen shot of completed quiz and where it says it will credit within 72 hours. I too have not been credited for past quizzes.
I have had the same problem. Not getting points for the surveys. They have also recently changed their site on my computer and my phone. I finally can get on the site through my computer, thanks to my husband. He is a computer person, and had difficulty getting in. He said it’s ridiculous how hard it was. Why can’t they be user friendly? They are always changing their site. Don’t know why. It used to be so easy on my phone. Now I cannot even log in on my phone. Thanks for letting me vent. 😊
Same with submitting receipts to Kellogg’s and not getting awards/items. They say to resubmit and their system always kicks it back out. Contacted customer service and they didn’t do anything except tell me to resubmit again-which doesn’t work. Seems like a lot of work after a while for a reward that isn’t worth it after all that.
Callie, I was having issues submitting my receipts, so now I just scan them in and email them to submit@receipts.kfr.com. I put my Kelloggs account number in the subject line of the email. One receipt per email.
