This has been my go-to trackball for years. I use my left hand for the mouse and this is one of the few that can be used with either hand. I love that I can choose the function of the two extra buttons. I have them set for cut and paste which I find very handy. The reason I use my left hand is to spread out the work between my dominant right hand and my left hand. I have a family history of carpel-tunnel but using this trackball, my wrists feel fine.
I love this trackball. It responds quickly and accurately to touch and movement. I spend up to 12 hours using a computer for work in a day and this mouse makes life much easier for me. It fits my hand and is easy to use. I think it was about 10 years ago I started using this model and have yet to find one that I like nearly as much. I keep a spare so that I don’t even have to wait for delivery.

I’ve been using Logitech trackballs for many years. I want to say 10-15 years, can’t even recall how long it’s been. Besides the ergonomics, my favorite part it that it sits in one place and there’s no need to move it. Great for desk setups where you may not have room to be moving a mouse around (mine sits in a keyboard tray).
