I really like the cups that come with the pot. The little cups are the perfect measuring devices to make sure you get the best sip of espresso possible. I’m a snob when it comes to coffee, I’m the first to admit. I like espresso because I can more clearly taste the suggested notes accompanied by the coffee. With the Gator I am able to achieve this goal.
I’ve used a French press quite a bit. I’ve tweaked the recipe/technique looking for robust, smooth and non bitter coffee. Behold, the Coffee Gator Moka Pot!
