Free Lowe’s Garden-to-Go Kits Available Every Thursday Starting April 8th

Thyme for some fresh new family activities? Dash on over to Lowe’s.com where today, April 1st, is the first day to register for a FREE Garden-to-Go kit in honor of their month-long “Springfest” event!
Garden kits will be handed out every Thursday, starting April 8th, where you can simply pull up, pop your trunk, and score a free garden project with items like saplings, seeds, recipes, and more!
Keep in mind that kits may be limited, so be sure to register early. Don’t miss out on a chance for some free family fun!
Note that if the registration page does not work for you, be sure to keep this tab open, and keep trying! Select locations have already reached capacity and showed that registration is closed. If you have other Lowe’s stores nearby, you may want to switch to another store to try and snag a spot!

- Registration for each week’s event will open the week prior!

Lowe’s Garden-To-Go project pickup schedule:
- April 8: Garden-to-Go kit sponsored by Miracle-Gro with exclusive recipes from professional cook and food stylist Amanda Frederickson.
- April 15: Lowe’s Mystery Garden Pinata with mystery seed packets.
- April 22: 500,000 tree saplings given out in honor of Earth Day.
- April 29: Lowe’s Butterfly Quest, which helps families create a butterfly garden.

Registration closed 🙁 I’ve tried several times and when it finally said opened, it lead me through different links then it said registration closed 🙁 no luck on computer or mobile device

Has anyone been able to get this? What time did registration begin. I checked my entire state practically and it is closed.
Hi Sarah! Many have been able to register. I did get through around lunchtime. If registration is closed at one location, be sure to try for another nearby store. Hoping that helps!
This garden registration is beginning to feel a little like the Covid vaccine scheduling in some weird way🤔 Apparently I don’t like the feeling of rejection😩😂
Darn. Finally got the link to work and registration was closed for my store.
I was able to register maybe they only allow so many per location???
It does seem that there are a limited number per location.
I tryed all morning and the site was down I’m very upset.
Maybe check again in a different browser or device. You may also have luck trying a different location. Hoping this helps!

I tried bright and early at 6 am, no luck. But then later I tried, around 11 am and got in! I’m so excited to get my garden kit!

What a joke for registration. I’ve been trying all morning. Now it’s closed. I even called the store about the system crashed.
Tried since 6am pacific time this morning. For several hours it said the system was down. Then it finally had the registration link. Except when you click it, it takes you back to the front page and says registration closed.

I just registered! One store registration was closed but store closer to me was open!
We tried 10 stores in 3 different states near where we and my sister live (NY,NJ, Pa). They are the only ones we could get to on Thurs. between 5-7PM. When we finally got through all closed registration. Lowe’s told us only 60 registrations per store.
What’s so great about this that you are willing to travel to three different states?
It looks like they are opening the registration about a week before each give a way. It says to come back to register and gives a specific date for each session.
Lowe’s crashed the internet. I tried several times today, and when it finally allowed me through all the stores registrations were closed.

Same here! Tried all day and couldn’t get through and when I finally did, registration was closed. I spoke to a guy at one location about the site. He took my name and number to call me back, and he tells me registration is on the 10th and it’s for the first 200 people, when I was under the assumption that it was today! I’m so confused!
They are doing these next couple weeks so next is coming on April 7th I think. I couldn’t get to register either but will try next Thursday.
Good April Fool’s joke. Tried to sign up but web site was down. Called Lowes and they said that I’d just have to wait till the site was back up. Tried to go back in and guess what, registration was closed. Like I said good April Fool’s joke.
Tried in the morning a million times the site keeps saying it’s busy or in maintenance. Went out for grocery shopping and came back it says registration closed.
I can’t find where to enter so I can win anything. Wasting my valuable time trying to find out where to enter my info. So frustrating.
Hi Nancy! You’ll click through the link above, then scroll down to click on “Register Now”. If you scroll down again you can look to the right to be sure your location has been selected. Then scroll down a bit more to see the event. The registration at your store may be closed now, as they have a limited amount per region, however be sure to check back again next week for the next offer! Hope this helps!

Rip-off…. They give a big media promo and then don’t have enough supply to come close to meeting demand. If you can’t handle the quantity, don’t offer the freebie!! Always thought Lowe’s had their act together…. Guess not….

went on line to register for give away program when told you could start to register. the sign up said closed out.
I think this is a big joke and don’t appreciate following your schedule and being told I can’t register. You should treat your customers differently.
it says EST but every time I try for any of them it say closed i live in Ca what about us Lows
It said I’m registered for the free tree/sapling. But I got no confirmation email or anything?? I was logged into my Lowe’s account. Anyone know if we’re supposed to get an email after we register?? My Lowe’s is not organized and usually acts like they don’t know anything about these types of events so I want something in print to bring with me!
I didn’t get an email either. I just screen shotted my registration confirmation and used it to show them whenever I went to Lowe’s to pick up my piñata kit today. They just asked me for my name and to see the picture of the registration confirmation so they could make sure I was indeed registered! Hope this helps!
