i purchased this today at Staples but my receipt did not have the “rebate offer number” needed to submit it online. anyone else having this issue?
It should have printed a regular receipt and a rebate receipt and rebate submission information… the offer number should be either on the rebate receipt or the rebate submission information. If those 2 things didn’t print out, make sure you got the right remote, and go back to staples and maybe try returning it and re-buying it so they print out.
