Still doesn’t work 🙁 The pricing and items are reflected in my cart, but when I go to finish checkout it removes the free items since my order total with the 15% off doesn’t meet the minimum. Oh well.

@paula your total has to be at $31 (pre-tax, after discounts) to get the free gift. I think the h2s team was thinking you were saying you were spending $31 or more after discounts/pre-tax based on their responses (notice none of their examples above fall below the $31 minimum spend after discounts). You need to have $35.65 ($31×1.15) or more in your cart before discounts to get the free gift. 🤷🏼♀️ I guess you have to decide whether or not you want to pay a little more to get the gift or just get what you already have in your cart with the discount
