I bought one of these and it’s very weird. Comes out white but changes color on your skin. It always went very dark on me. It’s almost like a stain, bc it doesn’t offer coverage just color. But could be the type I bought I guess
I just bought this last week because it had such good reviews. I used it today for the first time (I purchased the anti-redness one). It is weird because it looks green when I squeeze it out of the tube, but magically changes to skin tone when I put it on! I actually really liked it. I do agree it is a light coverage, but I’m not a heavy foundation girl anyway. It had the consistency of lotion, but did even out my skin tone. I’m usually medium or light to medium in BB/CC creams and this worked for me!
Would you happen to know of a good sunscreen or moisturizer with at least SPF 30 that is good for red skin by any chance? I am extremely photosensitive with Rosacea and Lupus, plus I’m currently using a chemical peel along with retinoids, so I need to be more responsible about applying sunscreen, but I despise the feeling of thick heavy products on my face. Unless, it’s a treatment, then, I can deal with it. Hahaha I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.
Btw, the green color is what hides the redness which is why you will sometimes see products to hide blemishes in the same shade of green. Red lipstick will often have blue in it to make teeth look whiter since red will naturally bring out any yellow staining on teeth. I’ve always found it fascinating how color works that way.
Robin, I have found the Neutrogen ultra sheer dry-touch to be great to use on my face. It doesn’t leave the oil residue feeling and is very light feeling. I hope this helps. 🙂
The anti-redness one is showing up @ $7.40 for me…the other two are $3.94
