To make the most of your coupons, head in-store, where you should be able to stack any coupons that came together in the same mailer unless otherwise noted. You can use them online, too, but you are limited to one coupon code per order. This year, coupons are excluded from being used on Candle Day, though.
Note that if you’ve signed up for the Bath & Body Works Rewards Program, you should be able to find the same coupons in your Rewards Wallet by logging in online or using the app.

Never…. get coupons. I have called. I have visited the store. I have unenrolled and signed back up. I even used my husband’s information. Nothing!

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that, that sounds frustrating when you’re shopping there often. Their mailing list can be a little quirky. When searching on this, it sounds that possibly even hitting unsubscribe on an email once can shut off both email and mailer preferences, so it might be worth checking that again online or having the store re-add you.
This was happening for me as well. I’d get maybe one mailer a year, then after making an in-store purchase and having them confirm my info, they suddenly started showing up again the last few months. Hopefully that little reset works for you too. Hoping this helps! 🤞💓
Just wanted to say this is what happened with me too! We were not getting any mailers for a long time and then recently I made a purchase in the store, and got coupons in the mail after that!

Make sure your address is entered in your account directly on their website. This has worked for me in the past and continue to receive mailers.
