This little silicone mat has multiple uses. I have used it as a trivet, a cover for a bowl in the microwave, a place to rest a cooking spoon, a drying mat, a mat to put under a bowl in the microwave so I don’t burn my hands, and a gripper to open a lid on a jar. It’s so easy to clean and looks fine just sitting on the counter. I ordered the “gray”, but it is more like a brown-gray, which works fine with my decor. One side has a honeycomb design, the other is smooth. If you are on the fence about ordering, just get it, you’ll be glad you did!
