This product is great! We used it about 6 years ago to redo the cabinets in our first kitchen. They came out great. Swapped out the hardware and we had a totally updated kitchen after 1 weekend! We sold that home 3 years later, but the cabinets still looked wonderful when we moved!
We used one of these kits for the cabinets in the bathroom and laundry room probably 5 years ago. They still look great! This kit is a process and it takes a while to get it done because of the drying times!
I did my entire kitchen in this product. The kit comes with a seal so the cabinets have a gloss coat over them and wipe off easily. It’s been approximately 5 years and we haven’t had anything chip or fade due to cleaning!
We used this about a year ago and so far it still looks great! Turned out perfect. I highly recommend it!
I’ve heard the white turns cabinets yellow..:(
If you use an oil based primer first, it should prevent the yellowing effect.
Sweet did you try it? Ive always wanted to
Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on these! Good to know what has worked best for you.
I’ve done this 4 years ago, but it’s still holding up well and I’m happy with the result.
Thanks a bunch for taking the time to comment, Rachel!! Glad to know you’re still happy with this!!💕
Do you think this would work on bedroom furniture?
Hey Nancy C! I did find this in the product details for you – “Ideal for use on worn or damaged wood, laminate or melamine surfaces.” I also spotted a review with a photo of a customer who says – “Love this product, so easy to use and it completely transforms old furniture into new. Perfect for dressers and nightstands that have water mark stains from glasses.” Hoping this is helpful! ❤️
