This Contixo kids tablet is THE starter learning tablet for little ones.
My kiddos were immediately intrigued by the Contixo – they ditched our regular iPad and everything. 😉
It comes pre-loaded with fun learning programs from Codespark, and my kids were easily able to pick out some early favorites!
I loved the tablet by itself, but the programs that come with it are really top-notch.
Codespark’s programs provide such a fun atmosphere where my kids can really zone into what they’re learning. Plus, they’re having fun while they’re doing it, so it doesn’t even feel like work.
And while you get lifetime access to all the fun Codespark content, you can add in even more variety with compatible Homer apps! Can’t wait to try those out too? Right now, you can score a 60-day free trial to load up your tablet with more fun.
Note that after the Homer 60-day free trial, you will be charged a low monthly payment of $9.99 for access to these fun learning programs.
The games that come pre-loaded work without WiFi are also surprisingly fun and extensive too!
It is so rare to find games that can function without WiFi that are more than just a single level or without having to pay to unlock the next one. My son’s favorite logic & coding mini game has 100 levels that he can play for FREE! Plus, there’s enough variety to capture the interests of each of my kiddos ages 2 to 5!
My favorite feature? It’s hands-down the parental control.
I cannot tell you how often my kids see a pop-up and get totally diverted when using their other tablets. I love that there are no pop-ups and no in-app purchases for them to accidentally click on.
I can also control their screen time & filter the websites they see while still having access to all the latest Android apps and Google services. Although you could fully sync this tablet with your Google accounts, it was very easy not to do that. This way, Google Pay wouldn’t automatically be set up, my email notifications don’t have to go through their tablet, etc., even when signing in with my Google info!
The Contixo is so comfortable to hold & use too. It’s the perfect size for their little hands, and upon opening, I was so impressed by its truly intuitive design: the silicone drop-proof case, the attached tablet stand, even the pen are all included in that low price along with the tablet!
Plus, I cannot get over that you get lifetime access for up to 3 kids (perfect for me since I have three kiddos) with this tablet.
Not only are you saving $174 with this deal, but you’re also saving yourself the headache of having to endlessly pay for additional games & features.
The Contixo is a fully-functional Android tablet so you of course have the option of adding all the bells and whistles you like. However, Codespark has enough pre-installed programs to keep my kiddos engaged for the foreseeable future, so I’ll be sticking with those + the Homer apps as long as possible!
All that said, I did find one tiny downside to the Contixo tablet…
I personally thought there was a teeeeeny bit of slowness with the Contixo as far as a slight delay on the touchscreen itself. So if you’re an Apple user (like me), just keep this in mind! It didn’t seem to affect my kid’s enjoyment or use of the tablet at all. Actually, they didn’t even notice! 😆
Similarly, as for the image quality and touch feedback, I would definitely recommend this as an early learner’s (preschool-mid elementary) educational tablet. It’s not necessarily for older kiddos as the programs may not be challenging enough to hold their attention.
Overall, I can’t recommend the Contixo tablet + Codespark & Homer programs enough for any parents with kids in the 2-10 age range!

Anyone know if the games are solely educational? I HATE the kids kindle. Biggest waste of money. I can’t find many educational games on it. And the kids just delete the ones I do find and put roblox and other dumb stuff on it.
While Im sure you do get commision off of people using your link, is this a better deal than what Walmart has? I’ve been eyeing these tablets for my kids for a couple weeks now and Walmart has this exact tablet for $84.99 so it includes the $150 already off for the apps. So its way cheaper, wouldnt it be best to purchase at Walmart or is there different apps you get with the Codespark you mentioned? Looks like they both go for $150 as far as the application for the games.
This is a great question! The tablets w/$150 in apps is included with the Walmart deal and this one. The Codespark Lifetime membership is something different. We have a post about CodeSpark where you can read more by clicking here.
Thank you for explaining that. My kids are too little for that still. I’ll have to go with the Walmart deal for now. Thank you! 😊
What age group are the Games/apps for?
CodeSpark academy is great for ages 5 – 9 years old!
