This adjustable dumbbell is super easy to use. The lower weight is 3 lbs. The highest is 40 lbs. You simply turn it to the weight you want and pick it right up.This system is great for people with tighter spaces. Ok, so I knew when I got the box off of the front patio that this was going to be a great quality item. After unboxing, I was correct! This is a FANTASTIC set of adjustable dumbbells! The overall quality is top-notch, and the appearance is very sleek. I appreciate that it comes with a base for the weights to rest, which prevents them from rolling when not in use. My husband LOVES that they are adjustable, as it saves from multiple weights being all over our garage. He’s able to spend more time at home with me and the kiddos instead of having to make a trip to the gym to use the weights. SCORE!
