These are great dumbbells and less expensive than purchasing each weight individually. They are very easy to use just choose the weight you want, turn the handle until it clicks on the desired weight, and lift the weight out of the tray. It allows for a quick change in weight if needed or if doing fast reps. I would highly recommend these weights. The quality and performance are excellent.

This is a great barbell, I love the fact that I can EASILY adjust from 5 lbs all the way to 25 lbs.
