“I use a lot of this not only for my own cooking but during certain times of the year when I have raccoons that insist on dumping my bird feeder. I just mix it into the seed and the varmint is expelled. This mixture does not hurt the birds- I think squirrels are not affected by it either, sadly- but they can’t really defeat my feeder anyway.
