I never got my text with the rebate info. I resubmitted two hrs later and still nothing. I canceled my order at Walmart for it because I didn’t need it right away, I was only getting it now bc of the rebate. 😔

Does not give free shipping with Target Red Card. WHY?
So sorry for the trouble, Trudy! It looks like many of the color options offer free shipping with $35 orders. There were a few color options that did not have that mentioned, and should be able to ship without meeting a minimum order amount. Many were also available for in-store pickup, if available near you. Hoping this is helpful! ❤️
I really needed to color my hair tonight! I got the text with the link to upload my receipt, went to the store and got the item. Came home and wanted to upload my receipt right away but when I clicked on the link I got the following error message: “this offer is no longer available. Sorry!”. Why did i get the link in the first place if it was about to expire in one hour? In addition, there was “Try Olia on Us” (scan for a rebate form) on the box itself. Same thing- I scanned it and got an error message. Nothing says about the expiration date. so frustrating!

If still have a receipt, better return . I received a message saying that it not qualified even I got same item on rebate picture. Text was weired too. It said click the link if any Q, but not link exist …

Same here (declined with the oddly formatted text)!! I guess I’ll return too. I’m 100% sure that I got the correct product… Very disappointed with how Garnier did this.
I contacted Garnier via Instagram. They asked me to send a receipt again! I told my phone number and asked find my receipt nicely. ( I tossed out the receipt already .my bad) I will update what they will say… if I have the receipt , I will return for sure..
Does anyone happen to remember the prepaid Visa website for checking the balance on the rebate card? I received my $12.99 the other day and did a screenshot of my rebate card info and deleted the text. I just tried to use the $12.99 for a purchase and it isn’t working. (Of all the times that I actually deleted something…I need it. Hah!)
This rebate does not work. I submitted it and I received a text saying the receipt does not meet the requirements of the rebate. I submitted again, but it says the same thing.

Garnier needs to make good on these offers. I scanned my receipt and submitted. Got a text back saying the receipt was “blurry”…it wasn’t. I was advised to submit again. When I try, I get an error message. For two days the page on their site has not been working. Keeps saying “We’ll be back soon!” but they aren’t. This is a joke.
