Cost-effective, easy-to-follow instructions and a little more than basic home protection. There were more than enough sensors for my one-bedroom condo. The customizable settings allowed me to program the system to fit my needs. The HD camera and built-in microphone produce a clear picture and sound. The panic button is a bonus security measure that I’m grateful for and hope I never have to use.
SimpliSafe also gives you instructions on the do’s and don’ts of having the system set up in your home and what the expectations are for the state/county that you may live in. The system setup was well-designed and thought-out.
I purchased this for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas to install in their first home. This is the third SimpliSafe I’ve installed and I am still impressed with how easy it is to set up and use. It can be used as a stand-alone system, or you can pay for very affordable monthly monitoring. Recently my wife forgot to disable our system and the monitoring service was very quick to call me to confirm our status. I’m extremely pleased with this product and would recommend it to others. curious as to how the cameras are installed…do you have to drill or sticky stuff to the wall to hold them in place…also since this is through WOOT, are the returns free for Prime members, in case this does not work out
