Amazing quality product! It works as intended, for stews, oven braising, shallow frying, sautéeing, and even making pasta. Everything comes out great from this. Care is very simple, goes in the dishwasher and hand wash. Would recommend!
I fell in love with this pan at a cooking demo. It is lower and wider than my other Dutch over. Much easier to turn/stir my food, cooks more evenly and there is better distribution of ingredients when I am adding them to the pot. There are pouring spouts on two sides of the pan and a lid with strainers that line up with the spouts. We use this pan all the time. Wonderful pan!
I have used this pan for over a year now at least twice a week. I love it. Mine still has a very flat bottom, but I hand wash it and am very careful to ensure that I don’t put it in cool or cold water when it is warm. Washes easily and because it is lighter weight it is easier for this grandmother to use! The draining feature works wonderfully. A best buy for me!
