Just a suggestion…I don’t know for sure if it will work, but I believe you can connect your Microsoft account to your Movies Anywhere account. The Movies Anywhere app is fantastic because it’s available on the Roku and for your phone/tablet etc…it can connect your Google/Youtube, Amazon, Apple, Vudu, Verizon, Xfinity, and direct TV accounts all in one place. It’s free to use and I’ve been using it for years. It so nice to not have to go through the individual apps to watch the content we’ve purchased! I would highly recommend it!

I went ahead and purchased the series and connected my Microsoft account to my Movies Anywhere account. I could not get it to appear in my Movies Anywhere account. Upon further research I found that movies anywhere does currently have TV shows available. This was the FAQ response from the movies anywhere website: “TV shows are not available currently in Movies Anywhere. If you have any TV shows in any of your digital Retailer libraries, they will not import into your Movies Anywhere library.” So as far as I understand and from my own personal experience this far, you should be able to connect your Microsoft account to Movies Anywhere and watch any movies you would like, but you won’t be able to watch TV series through Movies Anywhere. So in this case it won’t help unfortunately.
