I replaced my standard doorbell with the Ring Doorbell Pro 2 and couldn’t be happier. Installation was simple even without having electrical knowledge. The Ring app walked me through installation. It’s fully compatible with my existing doorbell wiring and included the part to chime inside my home. This model is hardwired so you don’t have to remember to charge the batteries. The video quality is amazing and it does a great job at detecting people and objects if you choose that option in the app. This particular model has the head-to-toe feature which is nice because it allows you to see close-up areas at your door. The built-in Alexa Greeting is fancy! I’m always asked how does your doorbell do that?! Alexa will even let delivery drivers know where to leave my packages. Notifications come through to my phone instantly even when I’m not home. I love being able to answer the door without having to be home using the two-way talking feature. The neighbors community that’s built into the app is nice way to alert neighbors of suspicious activity. I’ve had ring service for two years and it’s worth every penny. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone!

We, my wife, and I had been contemplating getting a video doorbell for a while. We finally decided to get one, after looking at all the options we decided to go with the RING PRO, it was very easy to install. We are very pleased with it, we were out of town, over 100 miles away when my phone chimed, I looked at it and someone was at our front door. We were able to talk with them while seeing them at the same time, and were amazed at how well it works. I would highly recommend this product.

I love the Ring. This is the second one I have purchased. The first one was struck by lightning. I didn’t realize how much I relied on it until it was gone. It is a great system and was very easy for my son-in-law to install. I feel so safe with my phone giving me notice anytime someone is around my front door. My husband sits on the enclosed porch most of the day. We installed another Ring out there so we can watch him on the phone because he is a little feeble.
