I really like this! You can’t overcook; it takes slow-cooking to the next level. I can meal-prep in freezer bags & cook up dinner, without worrying about getting home in time to turn off the crockpot, or taking 30-45 minutes to cook dinner after work. Literally set it & forget it. I can even check on it through the app.

Make sure the water level is high enough in the pan/container. I have only had 1 time that the sous vide shut off during the day. It was because the water level dropped below the minimum level. It is a good safety feature, but I was disappointed by not having enough water to cook all the way. Well worth the price ( I got this on sale). It’s not loud, just a little hum, so you know it’s on (I could totally nap in the same room if I had a cot in the kitchen). Seems to keep an accurate temperature and is easy to use.
