My body had been gaining water weight for years. I suspected estrogen dominance. I was eating nearly nothing and not losing weight. I took one of these and peed off the pounds. So far, I have lost 2 lbs. I suspect I will lose more as I continue to take this supplement.
Was recommended to take DIM by my FNP along with bio-identical HRT. Works great land less costly than the brand sold in medical offices with sane ingredients. Very pleased!
I have tried absolutely everything for my cystic acne and was at my wit’s end. After three years of giving everything from adapalene to prescription face serums, salicylic acid washes, benzoyl peroxide creams, etc. a try I did some research and found this. I didn’t want to take a drug with a ton of side effects and I found lots of peer-reviewed studies on DIM and some anecdotal videos of success on YouTube. I tried this product and within the first week, my acne was gone. I was so happy, but so angry that I had gone so long dealing with acne. Cystic acne leaves scars. I can’t help but think that if I had tried this sooner I wouldn’t have the scars I have today.
I’d also like to mention my periods regulated on this and my PMS symptoms are gone. I also have shorter, lighter periods. I used to spot my entire cycle and that is a non-issue now, not to mention 10-day periods are now 3-5 days. I also don’t have back acne or acne that likes to pop up on the arms and other areas of the body!

This stuff is great and works wonders but I would recommend talking to your functional doctor, naturopath or homopathic doctor or nurse before starting these. Regular OBs or doctors will not test for the right things. You need blood tests to determine why you have pms symptoms or other women health issues. Trust me it is worth it!
Can you please share name of good naturopath & homeopathic doctor? They are very expensive.
Anu,
Most Insurance companies will pay for Functional medicine doctors. My insurance covers it and my blood work. I just pay my copay for the vistit and out of pocket for supplements. Call around and see if they take your insurance. I’ve had a lot of success with my hormones with a functional medicine doctor than my OB or primary.
Thank you for taking time & replying. I will try.
