I was so pleasantly surprised with these bands! They are a nice and thick woven fabric. They have nonslip material on the inside which is awesome so they don’t roll when using them which is something I’ve had issues with in the past with other bands. It’s a pack of 3 and all three have different resistance levels. They come in a nice little mesh bag and also come with a little pamphlet that has exercise suggestions in it. I got these to motivate myself to work out and I’m very happy. 10/10 would recommend for sure!
