Never used a silicone sheet before. Bought these, tried them with some biscuits and they worked better than I expected. No sticking of the biscuits at all and it seemed to help distribute the heat evenly. Very impressed. Clean up is a breeze – soap, warm water and a sponge, air dry and then roll up and easily store in a drawer until next time. I will use these a lot!
I like that it keeps things from sticking to my cookie sheet, that they are easy to clean, and they are easy to store. I am happy that the two small ones I ordered can cover my entire cookie sheet if I use both of them.
