Follow these steps to score your free pint:
- Head to FreeKrogerIceCream.com
- Select your local Kroger store from the drop-down menu
- Request your single-use digital coupon – the coupon can only be downloaded today
- Redeem the free pint coupon from June 19th through July 3rd on any Kroger-brand ice cream at Kroger stores and select Kroger affiliates.
The free ice cream pint promotion is valid in all U.S. states except CA, CO, LA, TN, NV, and in all banner stores except QFC.

Kroger has a new points program . You can use your points for money off of groceries and not just gas. I never used my points for fuel so that was good news to me.

I saved the link and looked this morning around 11am Eastern, nothing there. Had to go do errands, got back home, tried again and still nothing there. Now, I see in a post above that the promotion didn’t start until noon, so I missed it (already sold out). Would have helped if they would have publicized that it would be available starting at noon, I would have stopped and snagged it with my phone while I was out. Oh well, typical Kroger making you jump through hoops in a short time window to get one of their deals.

Thanks, not your fault. I first saw it a couple of weeks ago in your daily newsletter and put it on my calendar for today. I’m also a regular customer of Kroger, but I haven’t seen that promo advertised in any of their media (newspaper insert, app, emails, etc.). Not sure how they expect people to “find” their promos.
