We have a professional version (Power Plate) that my husband uses under medical supervision. There are studies that it does work for many conditions. Please be aware- I cannot use it because it causes oscillopsia ( my eyes jump and vibrate). This can lead to retinal tears and damage. I asked my ophthalmologist, and he of course told me not to use it even on the lowest setting. There is nothing else wrong with my eyes. I don’t even wear glasses or readers. Please ask you medical professionals before using. It seems like a basic machine, but it is not.

Was so excited to order this. Opened the box today and was disappointed. It is a typical Chinese item. The instructions are lacking to say the least and it is not easy to figure out. It’s definitely not a plug and play item, and I don’t have the patience to do a bunch of research in order to use it. I’m sad to say I will be returning this. 😞
