Don’t Use Your Anker Power Bank Until You See This – More Added to the Recall List!
Check your power banks to make sure your model wasn’t recalled!

If you’ve been relying on an Anker PowerCore 10000 to keep your devices charged on the go, you’ll definitely want to check this out. A major safety recall was just issued again, and it could affect you.
On September 18, 2025, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of more than 480,000 Anker power banks in addition to the 1.15 million Anker PowerCore 10000 power banks (model A1263) that were recalled in June.
WARNING ⚠️ The models below can overheat, melt the casing, smoke, or even catch fire:

What You Need to Know:
These power banks were sold from August 2023 to June 2025 through popular retailers, including Anker.com, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Target, Walmart, and the TikTok shop, typically priced between $30 and $50.
So far, there have been 33 reports of fire and explosion incidents.
What You Should Do:
- Stop using the power bank immediately.
- Check the model and serial number to confirm if yours is part of the recall.
- If so, submit a claim following the instructions on Anker’s recall page
*Note that you will be required to submit a photo of the recalled product showing the model number, serial number, name, the date of the photograph, and the word “recalled” written on the power bank in permanent marker. - Do NOT dispose of your power bank until you receive confirmation from Anker that your unit qualifies.
- Dispose of it safely at a certified lithium battery recycling or hazardous waste center. Do NOT throw it in the trash or curbside recycling.
- You will receive either a full cash refund or an Anker gift card.
