This is a super easy to assemble cat house. The instructions are clear and pieces are cut to size. The house is made out of a thick felt like material that is sturdy and holds up to wear and tear (the pom pom toy in the doorway didn’t last long though). The base is slightly elevated to allow for some air flow underneath and also the ability to put a warming pad inside as there are optional use tabs in the back where you could thread a cord.
Note that a couple of the larger pieces come folded in shipping so you can see the groove in the panels once they are open. I opted to have those grooves face into the box as directions don’t specify.
