The appointment itself takes place over Zoom, making it super easy and convenient (just know that you need to have your pet on the Zoom call with you). Shortly after, the vet sends over a detailed care plan with personalized recommendations, including over-the-counter options for things like allergies. I loved that there was no pressure or hard sell on anything!
I like that if prescriptions are needed, they’re added directly to your cart by the doctor. But personally, I’d skip getting prescriptions from them as there is a processing fee and shipping would take way too long IMO, unless you opt for fast shipping. I would like to have the option to send the prescriptions to a local pharmacy, but other than that, the vet was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!
If you’re wondering about their licensing, she even had to get licensed in West Virginia since there is so much need there. And she said there have been instances where she’s had to tell people they needed to go right away to a vet to be seen in person (like broken legs, limping, etc).
